Plot
James Carter has decided to go and spend his vacation with his new bestest buddy, chief inspector Lee in Hong Kong, but what he hopes will be a spot of chillin' on his buddies home turf soon turns into a high kicking, guns blasting rerun of the first film as they set out on the trail of some high rolling counterfeit money smugglers. Chan's acrobatics, Tuckers gob can't go wrong really.
