Plot

A title that's asking for trouble, whether it's directed by a woman or not, this light and silly romantic comedy has smooth talking advertising exec Nick Marshall having a bathroom accident which enables him to hear womens' thoughts. Once over the shock Nick uses his new gift to masterful effect, but eventually his new boss, the attractive, intelligent and thoughtful Darcy, lures him away from his dastardly deeds by introducing romance to his chilly heart. What Women Want is actually pretty good fun, nothing new admittedly, but enjoyably implausible.
