Plot

When a peacekeeping mission in Yemen goes wrong, that is a Colonel orders his troops to open fire on a hostile civilian crowd murdering 83 of them, the Colonel faces a court martial on his return home. His only hope of escaping punishment for breaking the 'rules of engagement' is a talented military lawyer, Hays Hodges. Not much new, but if you're up for a military courtroom drama then this may fit the bill.
