Linda works at the local cinema, a once proud art deco building that is fast approaching bankruptcy, in a desperate attempt to keep afloat they decide to host a special bingo with one million as the jackpot. With the only thing Linda has inherited from her recently dead mother being a psychic ability; she sets out to try and win the cash . It sounds like a god awful premise for a story I know, but House is a very enjoyable, often amusing, feel good British comedy.
