FBI agent Malcolm Turner is determined to get his man, but when the bankrobber in question escapes, Turner has to disguise himself as a 70 year old momma of substantial proportions, because she seems the most likely first call for the criminal. If "A Martin Lawrence comedy" doesn't fully explain what sought of film this is, think crude and obvious with a none stop stream of action and gags, which ultimately saves it from being utter crud.
