Plot

Three young teenagers are recruited into a government program, what they are not aware of is that they have latent superhuman powers, a talent the military want to draw out of them and use to their own ends. With the help of a renegade soldier, and now awesomely able, they escape the facility and indulge in a little retribution. Not Manga but very much that style of animation.
