Plot

A group of mates in their early twenties struggle to make a name for themselves on the London music scene. As time progresses they find it increasingly difficult to reconcile their dreams with lifes less than shiny reality; pregnancies, drug addiction and motorbike crashes all casting some serious shadow on once bright expectations. g:mt is gritty, hip and occasionally even funny, drama, not a film of particular originality prehaps, and some of the characters are more sketchely drawn than others, but it's an absorbing story, well played and with a pretty scorching soundtrack.
