Comic Strip veterans Mayall and Edmonson do a pretty fair impersonation of their "Bottom" characters on acid in this extremely infantile comedy. They run the hotel from hell, a ramshackle old dump staffed by drunks, perverts and lunatics, none of whom are remotely amusing. Everyone to their own and all that, and I suppose somebody out there might find this funny, but I sure as hell wouldn't want to meet them.
