Toe-curling thriller with Chris Penn (Reservoir Dogs) as a corrupt cop on a murderous mission. In an isolated freeway location, an underworld villain is being slowly tortured to death, buried alive bit by bit in cement. As it hardens around his body, the events leading up to the horror are told in flashback, a vicious tale of double dealings, gangland feuds and a treacherous woman. Gruesome gangster flick.
