Plot

A two-part special kicking off during the hours before the final battle of the Dominion War. The crew of the Defiant are preparing for either victory or death, while Kira, Garak and Damar face a Jem'Hadar execution squad on Cardassia. The clash of the Starships takes a decisive turn when a turncoat emerges in the heat of battle, and with the Dominion War decided, the victors must subdue the troops of the vanquished without massive loss of life.
