Stylish psycho chiller from master of horror Dario Argento. Asia Argento is hot stuff as the freaked-out teenager convinced she's next on the list of a serial killer who garottes and decapitates his victims. Brad Dourif makes an impressive, if short-lived, appearance as a messed-up medic who loses his head in spectacular fashion. A cut above.
