Bruce Willis does what he does best, i.e looks very smug and shouts a lot, in this rather politically dodgy action thriller. Willis is the army general whose National Guard is called in to help FBI agent Denzel Washington save New York from a deluge of terrorist bombs planted by the Arabs, who are, of course, a bunch of raving Mad Mullahs. Gung-ho nonsense.
