Plot

In "Once More into the Breach" an ageing Klingon hero offers his services in the war against the Dominion and Worf is honoured to accept him, but a combination of heavy casualties and a vengeful General Martok means Worf finds himself on a mission from which there can be no return. In "The Siege of ar- 558" the crew of the Defiant, on a supply run to the front lines, are detailed to reinforce a unit which has been decimated by brutal combat with the Dominion.
