Well, you either love her or hate her. She's the skinny, neurotic lawyer with a conscience, a good job and a huge wardrobe of flash suits. This video features the original pilot episode where Ally finds herself fired and hired in one day. But she gets off to a shakey start when she discovers her childhood sweetheart and love of her life works there too. The second episode on this tape is taken from later on in the series and features the 'Queen of Pointless Lawsuits', Ling Woo who defends a pair of misrepresented breasts. Nice work if you can get it! In the meantime, Miss. McBeal is obsessing over Billy again and letting her overworked mind take over. Resorting to her bizarre imagination when reality takes a turn, we discover that she's a hopeless romantic, hormonal and self-obsessed! One for the 'Friends' fans then.
