Chan gets serious in a departure from his usual slapstick style, as a deep-thinking cop who gives up his dream of sailing the world to care for his retarded brother, played by Sammo Hung. But Chan soon gets a chance to show off his spectacular fighting skills when Sammo is kidnapped by gangsters who want Chan to hand over a police informant.
