Over-the-top jailbreak baloney, with seven convicted murderers escaping from a prison bus, only to wind up trapped in a shopping mall stalemate. Then along comes ex-cop Rudy Ray (Mickey Rourke doing his very best Arnie impression), who's discovered his brother is amongst them, armed to the teeth and determined to save the day. "Undemanding action" is putting it politely.
