Justin Cooper ("Liar Liar") returns as that kid who'd you'd just love to string up by his ankles and beat with a large fish diped in boiling oil............ Sorry, I meant that lovable rogue whose "high spirits" just seem to keep getting the better of him. This time he's joined by comic legend (apparently) Don Rickles, as long-suffering neighbour Mr Wilson, who's just about had enough of the little tyke. I know how he feels..........
