Plot
The reputation of Florida's glamorous Blue Bay High School is rocked when "Educator of the Year" Lombardo (Matt Dillon) is accused of rape by rich bitch pupil Kelly (Denise Richards). Fuel is added to the fire when white trash Suzie (Neve Campbell - "Scream") makes the same claim, and pretty soon a huge can of worms is opened as the sleaze behind Blue Bay's glossy facade is exposed. Terrifically twisty and turny.
