Plot

A small US town is submerged by torrential rain, providing the opportunity for all your usual disaster situations - flooded buildings, dams bursting, tidal waves etc. But amongst this soggy mess, security truck driver Tom has made off with his cargo of cash after being held up by crim Jim and his cronies, who've shot his partner. Aided by drippy Minnie Driver, Tom is now being wetly pursued around town by both Freeman and the local sheriff, making for several precarious boat chases and an imaginatively watery shoot-out in the local church. Action packed disaster heist flick.
