Plot
Top counter-terrorist Jack, Van Damme, wants to retire but on his final mission misses his target and ends up in the Colony, a home for spies too dangerous to roam the world. Anyway he ends up ganging up with US basketball star Dennis Rodman as a gun dealer and they go out and kick Mickey Rourke's ass.
