Cheech Marin (minus his smokin' 'n' tokin' partner Tommy Chong) writes, directs and stars in this tale of a third generation Hispanic American who's accidentally deported to Mexico. Unable to speak a word of Spanish and without any sort of ID, it looks like all-American boy Cheech is doomed to a lifetime in tacky Tijuana. Amiable comedy.
