Outrageously over-the-top, if atrociously dubbed, rehash of Daniel Lee's 1996 martial arts blockbuster. Jet Lee (the current kung-fu wunderkind) plays Tsui, an almost super-human member of China's elite 701 squadron, an ass-kicking masked menace with nerves of steel and a violent aversion to anybody not minding their Ps and Qs. Frenzied full-on action.
