Plot
Shamelessly syrupy but irresistably enjoyable study of eight gay men spending the vacation together (stop sniggering at the back there.) Affluent, educated and sophisticated, the assembled crew descend upon a picturesque lakeside mansion in the Hampshires for a long, hot summer of tears, tantrums, remorse, revelations and razor-sharp wit. Outrageously camp and riddled with cliches, but beautifully and entertainingly played.
