Featuring the final two episodes from Alan Bleasdale's classic drama. 'Yosser's Story' looks at his search for work and desperate bid to keep his home and family intact. 'George's Last Ride' takes a poignant look at how George maintains his principals and becomes an inspiration to his friends. Causing considerable controversy at the time of it's original screening it seemed to hit a chord with the viewers. Cries of "Giz a job" were chanted from the stands of Anfield football ground. Bleasdale's characters captured the emotional damage caused by living in a city with no work.
