Old lag Bullet (Rourke, yes he's still knocking around), is let loose from prison and immediately rips off two customers of Tank (Shakur). Now, Tank being Bullet's Enemy No.1, this is an obviously foolish thing to do, but then old Mickey's always been dead 'ard, hasn't he? Mean and nasty ghetto action.
