Exiled for 14 years, Vusi Madlazi (Ice Cube) returns to the "new" South Africa to find it's overrun with guns and drugs and his brother is missing. So the hardline freedom fighter sensibly teams up with stripper Liz Hurley (as you do), to track down the misguided bro' and generally save the world.
