It's the year 2007 and LA is ravaged by quakes, tsunamis and Americans. If evil Koga Shuko can find the missing half of "The Double Dragon" amulet he gets shit-kicking powers and so a pair of lads and the female leader of a vigilante gang kick butts in this effects packed comedy actioneer.
