Plot
Tough cookie Frank is in charge of the US President's black bag, the one with the codes for firing off nuclear arms at commies, pinkos etc. The baddies beat up Frank, nab the bag nick lots of nukes and threaten to blow up Washington unless the Pres kills himself on live TV....Big Frank to the rescue.
