Plot

Frank is the bumbling nice guy whose idiotic robbery plan goes badly astray and who is forced to kidnap careerist Daniel and his minivan full of schoolbound brats. Pursued by a posse, led by an irate parking meter maid, they lead us on a madcap trip round the city in this non-stop family comedy.
