Plot
When Dodge (Baldwin) escapes from a chain gang in deepest Georgia, he's obliged to take Piper (Fishburne), the bloke he's handcuffed to. But Dodge has a $25 million price on his head, & the reluctant "buddies" soon find that they can run but they can't hide! No big surprises, but non-stop action.
