Plot

Chief Inspector Dreyfus escapes from the mental institution hellbent on killing Clouseau, who drove him insane. Clouseau however, is blissfully unaware of this and is working on the Fassbinder kidnapping case. The trouble is Dreyfus is the kidnapper! Hilarious lunacy.
