Plot
Regan is the ultimate smash 'em up, break the rules type cop who, in real life, would provoke riots and create mass antipolice feelings, but here we love the sod. In this pilot for the TV series he breaks all the rules to bring a police-killer to book. Disgraceful behaviour but great entertainment.
