Matthau is superb as the elderly Albert Einstein set on separating his attractive niece (Meg Ryan) from a beastly animal experimenter (Stephen Fry). Robbins is a garage mechanic, head over heels in love with Ryan, who sets out to prove that he is Mr Right. A charming off beat old-fashioned romantic comedy in pastel hues.
