Plot

When kind cop Charlie can't leave a tip in a diner, he promises the impoverished waitress half his cash if he wins the lottery. Amazingly, he does win, to the tune of $4 million. Even more amazingly, he keeps his promise, to the disgust of of money-hungry wife Muriel! A feel-good romantic comedy.
