Tongue in cheek British horror with gorgeous pouting Liz Hurley as a neurological scientist who's been messing about with mind-altering drugs. Keith Allen is impressively repugnant as the crazed, foul-mouthed psycho in her care, who has somehow been unleashed to continue his reign of terror.
