Plot
Once a hot-shot detective, Tom Hardy is demoted to lowly river patrol cop after claiming that a serial killer on the loose is in fact a fellow officer. Now an alcoholic outcast life gets even worse when all his ex-girlfriends start turning up murdered. Typical Bruce Willis action-packed thriller.
