Plot

A slick debut from director Cannon with Keitel as the US cop over here supposedly to watch, but in fact to sort out some very nasty crimes. Keith Allen is superb as the Brit villain and the film is shot beautifully, set in and around the SW1 club. Fast moving, tense, trendy, exciting....and British! Wow!
