Plot

Topper Harley (Sheen) is hunted out of retirement, and sent into the Middle East to get the men who went in to get the men...etc. An improvement on the original with some clever spoofs (Apocalypse Now, Top Gun etc), and some great cameos. Still a little disjointed, but some good laughs.
