Plot
Steven Seagal never pulls his punches, and in this film he is on form as a retired Drug Enforcement Agent who uncovers a posse of Jamaicans peddling drugs in his home town. The confrontation becomes all out war, as the pushers draw on sinister weapons and black magic. Fast moving and bloody.
