Plot

A spirited adaptation of Aeneas Gunn's Victorian tale of pluck and stiff upper lip. The heroine, a Melbourne suburbanite, marries a stockman and has to adapt to a harsh life in the outback. Her success gains her the respect of the macho misogynist cattlemen. Beautiful footage of the Australian outback.
