Plot

Ultra-cool Nico is an unconventional cop with a 6th degree black belt in Aikido and a history ('Nam and all that) of killing the bad guys. He struts his stuff around, determined to mete out justice, but he's really up against it when the CIA turn out to be the crooks - and a sure bunch of psychopathic killers they are. A superbly entertaining action thriller with a more than reasonable plot.
