Mel Brooks' self styled homage to Hitchcock. Brooks himself plays a doctor, with a fear of heights, sent to take over a mental hospital. There are numerous references to such films as The Birds, Vertigo, Spellbound and the famous shower scene in Psycho in this amusing romp.
