Wrinkles portrays the poignant and charming friendship between Emilio and Miguel, two elderly gentlemen shut away in a care home. Emilio who is in the early stages of Alzheimer is helped by new roommate Miguel to avoid doctors discovering his ongoing deterioration, employing all kinds of elaborate and comical stunts throughout their tedious day-to-day routine. A touching often witty tale of humanity, friendship and the fragility of old age.
