Plot

Cockney safe-cracker Dom Hemingway is released from prison after serving a 12-year sentence for refusing to snitch. Eager to collect his reward from suave, psychotic mob boss Mr Fontaine, Dom heads to southern France with his only friend and accomplice Dickie. Dom is a drug fuelled, sex obsessed, self-regarding, over compensating sociopath…all good, but while Jude Law kicks it out the park with his performance the dialogue just ain’t sharp enough and the plot slowly runs out of adrenaline and becomes an all too familiar tale of personal redemption. HoHum.
