A beautiful tale, ‘Rust and Bone’ revolves around two people struggling with the ups and downs of life, and finding support in unexpected places. Ali has dreams of becoming a boxer, and finds himself struggling to make it in the violent world of street fighting, whilst also honing his parenting skills as the father of an endearing five year old son. Stephanie is a killer whale trainer, who meets Ali at a nightclub, but initially appears uninterested. A life-changing event brings these two unlikely friends together in a story that is both perturbing and heart-warming.
