Plot

Living the beautiful life, successful young Californian marijuana dealers, Chon and Ben suddenly find their world imploding when a major Mexican drug cartel kidnaps their shared girlfriend, Ophelia, and demands a slice of the action; But with the aid of a self-serving DEA agent the boys decide to take the fight to the bad guys before they’re destroyed... with brutal results. Based on the novel by Don Winslow, ‘Savages’ is a stylish, good looking, fast paced but fairly generic thriller.
