Andrea is an intelligent young man who seems to have everything necessary to succeed. But, disorientated by the world's infinite possibilities he finds himself in an existential crisis and decides to undertake the novitiate, a period of spiritual training leading to priesthood. On entering a Venetian monastery however, mystery, hostility and uncertainty haze Andrea’s path to enlightenment. A beautifully shot and contemplative drama.
