CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE FIRST AVENGER (2011)

Captain America starts life as a scrawny young man devoid of strength but imbued with great courage and idealism. After a secret government experiment our heroic heart becomes a buffed unstoppable fighting machine; crusading against the Nazi inspired evil that is the hydra organisation. Too much early exposition makes this at least 20 minutes too long but that said ‘Captain America’ is a very entertaining old style, but high end, action adventure with a good cast, a decent script and some welcome humour.
