Maggie is a spiky alluring free spirit who won't let anyone tie her down; but when she meets Jamie, whose relentless and nearly infallible charm serves him well with the ladies and in the cutthroat world of pharmaceutical sales, the two relationship phoebes find themselves unable to leave each other alone. ‘Love and Other Drugs’ is a fairly raunchy Hollywood romantic comedy that drifts, fairly inexplicably, into melodrama. Charmingly performed but bare in mind the way it begins sure ain’t the way it ends.
