Plot

Having just been released from prison, our central character is determined to go straight and when he meets and falls for a reclusive young actress it would seem he has found his incentive. Unfortunately the London underworld is reluctant to let him go and soon he finds himself in an increasingly bloody battle of wills with a local kingpin. London Boulevard is a stylishly executed mess; two dimensional people, largely well acted by the cast, stumble from one unlikely and/or brutally terminated story arc to the next. Bodies pile up, interest dissipates and finally the confusion is bludgeoned into submission.
